Here’s JJ!!!

Tday’s Party treat from me will be a Hand-made glass beaded book thiong. I have two to give away today and will draw from the comments of this post! And now Ladies and gents…JJ Massa…

Hiya!

Of course I’m going to post an excerpt *grin *… And a picture of Dr. Marc Fonteneax. In fact, my editor tells me that she’s going to casually open her computer at RT and say, “Guess what J.J. Massa just sent me? The next Montgomery Family book!” LOL Yeah, sure she is.

I told her I was going to make sure that all of us good little souls who didn’t get to go to RT were amply rewarded. So… you’ll get to read this excerpt from Marc Fonteneax’s story before my editor does. How’s that?

marcAaaannnnd… everyone who answers my question between now and the end of the party will be entered to win a download of any one of my books from Venus Press and a download of any one of my books from loveyoudivine. I’m giving away some of my books in print (one each week in May) to members of my newsletter so I’ll sweeten the pot for this party.

I’ll choose a second winner who can have any one of my books in print — winner’s choice — if you answer this question and belong to my newsletter as well.

ASHES IN THE WIND, Book 2: The Weather Series

Question: What one thing- habit, mistake- action, behavior, genetic flaw, anything — what one thing would cause you to fall out of love, or even stop seeing someone you otherwise liked?
J.J. Massa

Excerpt from Family Doctor, coming in May 2006 (for the warm up excerpt, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VenusPressChatters/and read message # 21060 ):

Bernadette felt woozy. She was pretty sure she was having hallucinations of some kind. Well, right now, they were a very nice kind.
She lay on what seemed to be a carpeted floor, industrial carpet, not all that nice. But crouched over her was a very muscular, very attractive, very naked man. He had dark hair on his head, dark hair dusting his well built torso–a little pale for her tastes; she’d never really been attracted to white men.
There were exceptions to every rule, though. This white man was yummilicious. And beyond well built, he was well hung. Good God Almighty, was this boy blessed!
She wasn’t the type of woman who looked at nudie pictures of men, but she was a healthy, American woman, obviously not dead. She was certainly appreciating how his arm and shoulder muscles bunched and stretched as he reached over to loosen her collar.
His pectoral muscles rippled when he took on her weight to sit her up. Continuing her visual journey south, she enjoyed the tight six-pack of his abdomen, the soft arrow of black hair inviting her to keep looking. So she did, coming to the conclusion that virtue is truly its own reward.
She didn’t date much, instead putting Tayler’s mental and physical well-being ahead of any social life she might have. That wasn’t to say that she never did go out, that she never had her physical needs met. She was a healthy, red-blooded woman.
Still, looking at the ample, half-erect package resting against the lightly furred, hard and muscular thigh was enough to stir a hot rush of need in her core.
“Bernadette? Don’t make me get the ammonia, come on, Sweetheart.”
Sweetheart? Oh, yeah…
“What, um…Marc?” she looked up into his eyes and back down at his lap, where his sex was stretching, purpling, growing much, much bigger.
Following her look, he had the grace to blush, but he made eye contact boldly.
“You’re naked,” she murmured, feeling her own face heat up.
“Uh, yeah,” he grinned, shifting in a fruitless attempt at modesty. She was sure it was consideration for her, most men would not be embarrassed to show off assets like his, she knew. “If you think you can sit up on your own, I’ll just get dressed.”
She nodded, pulling herself upright, trying to fix her gaze on his face. Putting clothes over that body was a crime.
“Tell me again why you’re naked?” she asked, “Uh, not that I’m complaining…” She looked him up and down, brazenly. It really was fun to make this virile, self-assured man blush.
“Changing into wolf form…well, I obviously don’t fit my clothes. So changing back, I’m naked,” he explained, pulling his pants up, stuffing his endowments into them and zipping.

Psychological or physical abuse would be a great reason for me to stop seeing someone.

Loved your excerpt and think that regaining consciousness to a gorgeous naked male one liked would be something to wish for, if one truly had to lose consciousness.

  2. I agree with you wholeheartedly on both counts, LLL! I hate abuse–does that sound silly? But really, folks who bully others, just can’t stand it.

And naked men… hey, as long as they aren’t whining, I’m all for ’em. The buffer, the better! *grin*

  3. I’m working on it, Sasha! 🙂 Almost done.

Woohoo, Dr. Marc is fabulous:great:. I’ve seen all of JJ’s books so don’t pick me and let someone else win.
However, I need/would love one of Sasha’s book thongs; they are the neatest things going right now for readers. Thanks ladies.

    J.J. Massa

you really expect me to name just one thing? Impossible.

I would have to say being overly bossy, abusive in anyway, only caring about what is good for him, what makes him feel ok.

  6. I am having a heck of a time posting today. 🙁 but, I remain undaunted. :attack:

in fact, I even downloaded Netscape Browser….

I agree with littlelamblost, that abuse of any kind is a big fat *run* sign.

I’m also against poor bodily hygiene, and saying stupid stuff. I suppose “stupid stuff” is a matter of personal opinion, though. 😳

Hey Robyn!! Glad you came to PARTAY!! I’ve got some stuf at loveyoudivine.com you might have missed LOL but right now, I’m really liking writing the Montgomerys.

Jessy, you can name as many faults as you like. I have a million littel peeves. Anyone who doesn’t like animals, sorry chum… (for instance)

  7. JJ: I had troubles too, posting. I had to try 3 times before it went through.
I too couldn’t be with someone who didn’t like animals. or children for that matter. also, impatience, I really can’t deal with that, or them thinking they’re the boss of the house, and what they say goes…. grrr :cursing:

  8. Stephanie

    Okay trying again!

What a way to wake up! I can’t wait to get my hands on this book!!

Now about your question…. Of course any type of abuse to me or that someone could inflict on someone else would be immediate packing grounds!! But also someone who doesn’t like my family or animals would be kicked to the curb!! They’d have to be willing to share their life with mine and if not its Bye Bye Time for them!! 😉

    Stephanie

  9. JJ

I know what you mean, Stephanie. My family and pets are a big part of my life… they aren’t going anywhere.

Another thing is, BE NICE…if you can’t be nice, you can be leaving…

    JJ

  10. Sorry about the posting troubles.

  12. Pam P.

Hey JJ, hurry up and finish that book! I’m with the others, abusive tendencies, physical or mental, being overly obsessive and controlling as to everything and anything I do or say.

  13. Yeah, Kris, I hate that, it happens far too often. 😡

Glenna, I’m so sorry you had to go through that, ever. 🙁

    Thanks, Phyllis!

Tami, you’re a NUT 😛 (hairy legs *snicker*) and you’re right, isn’t it always the sloppy and gross guys who say stuff about “fat chicks”?:cursing:

I’m working on it, Pam, honest! 🙂 It’ll be done when you get back!

HI JENNY! Yep, infidelity and abusive behavoir, definate pet peeves!

    JJ

  14. Glenda

Hi there–loved your excerpts from your new book/deeelicious along with his pic above 🙂 …I have to agree with all the others about abusiveness, violence…but I’d like to mention caring…someone who can’t feel what another is experiencing (in any form, whether bad or good) isn’t a person I’d want my daughters to get involved with …glenda

  15. Lisa T

Violent, abusive behavior is a big GET AWAY FROM ME sign. I agree with the previous posts.

JJ, love the fact that Marc’s story is so close to being ready. Thanks for the excerpts.

  16. Morning Lisa and Glenda.

I agree with everyone, Abuse is never okay, no matter what kind. And it makes me mad when somebody is mean to you and then tries to convince you that they weren’t. And caring and empathy are big *MUSTS* for me– just like you, Glenda. you’ve got to have a heart, try to understand each other. Some folks just don’t, huh?

I really hate when guys are impatient, too.– well anyone– is impatient and intolerant. :fight: i just don’t like it!

  17. Cherie J

Great excerpt! The one thing that would turn me off totally is a guy who abuses or tries to dominate me. My father was abusive and dominating enough to me for a lifetime. I was not looking for another repeat in a husband and I am happy to say I did not. I have a great husband.

  18. Hey, JJ! I have to agree with everyone else that abusive behavior is a biggie, :cursing: but other things that would turn me off would be gross habits, like deliberate fart play. But maybe I’m too picky?

LOVED the excerpt! :inlove: Are you done writing the book? When is it coming out?

  19. Teresa

The thing that would turn me off would be an abusive attitude. That is something that I could not deal with.
JJ I love this series and I can’t wait until the next book is released. I am at my brief time on the computer. If you need anything just email my home addi and I will get to it faster. See you.

    Teresa

  20. That’s so GREAT Cherie! I know what you mean about dominant and controlling — I can’t stand that. Folks can be in charge of things without being ugly about it. Some people just don’t get it. I’m sorry you had to deal with that — but so glad your husband is making you happy!

No way are you too picky Kathleen! Fart play — GROSS!
The book should be out at the end of May. 😀

I’m with you, Teresa. And I’m so glad you got to come play for a minute. 😛 I sure hope your computer gets fixed soon!

    JJ
