Procrastination

I did it again. Last night I planned on going to the gym after work, but I didn’t.
It’s such a weird thing, because I actually enjoy working out. Especially when I go to the gym late at night when there’s maybe only 5 other people in the whole place. Yet, sometimes I just don’t go.
Lack of consistency in working out makes losing weight a bit difficult. :doze:

  1. Sasha, I started working out last week. I told myself I’d only have to do 15 minutes a day. By Thursday, I’d hurt my shoulder and the time off has just snowballed. Have I started back up? No! At least the diet part is going fairly well. Oh to be twenty-one again, so I could eat whatever I want. LOL!

    I’ve never been able to eat whatever I want. πŸ™ AT least not wihtout working otu constantly. However, I have noticed that as I get older…I do have to work out MORE to be able to eat the same. And workingout is so hard to get back into. lol But I did manage to get 15 minutes onthe treadmill today. πŸ˜€ Not much, but a little at a time will have to do for now. πŸ˜‰
