Question

Who do you think is more depressed on Valentines Day. The woman that’s been in love and married for a few years, then divorced..or the woman that’s never been in love, or had a sweetheart on holidays such as Vealentines Day?

  1.’Vealentine’s’ do I detect a little resentment toward baby beef …
How about the wife who’s hubby egnors the holiday? Of tells her if she wants flowers to go ahead and pick some up?
Like most holidays it has become to commercial.
I bought a small bouquet of flowers for hubby, that way I can enjoy them too, I do this several other times throught the year as well.

"Vealentines" :O No, Not bitter…lol tipsy when typing. LOL I was at a Valentines party last night…lol Had a greattime, but one of the girls is divorced and was very …energy sucking and depressed.

I’d go with Widow as well. That’d be the worst.

    The widow. 🙁

All holidays have become too commercial. The only one that has resisted — to a certain degree– is thanksgiving. That’s still about family, friends, good food and giving thanks. Cards and the expectation of presents isn’t a factor. Yet….

    The Widow / Widower

I know a young woman who lost her husband a year ago (shortly after Valentines) for her EVERY day is depressing but the last week leading up to the day was the worst… and the anniversary of his death is very soon too ~sigh~
