To me, this photo is very erotic. I find lots of erotic photos of women, however, ones of men seem to be hard to come by. There are millions of photo’s of men’s torso’s, 6 pack abs, bare chests, and yes I admit I do drool over them occasionally. But, I’d like to see somethign else to. Not sure what exactly, but . . . somethignmore than just a picture perfect set of abs.
I’m thinking about getting back into photography. I used to do lots of it when I travelled, but now, I’m wondering if I’d be any good at portraits of the erotic nature. 😉
I know some, like Mr. and Mrs.26 play around with erotic photography some. I know I’ve posed for pictures for a friend. How about you? Have you ever posed, or taken pictures of the erotic kind? If not, would you?
Posed for and taken pictures of my first hubby-years ago. I would not make a good photographer-too shaky. 🙂
ACK! I would never pose for a picture nekkid. I’ve had children and stretch marks aren’t exactly erotic. Not to mention flab. LOL.
I do think that photo is very erotic, and I, like you, would like to see more pictures like that of men. I know there are some excellent books that do just that for males and females, but I could never tell you the names. But I do think you are so right!
I love erotic photography. I especially enjoy when a photographer captures part of the body that’s not normally considered sexy or erotic; it’s so close to the skin, that our curves and lines become sexy and intense.

I’ve taken some pictures of myself, and learned I need some practice. Morgan was going to let me photograph him (obviously that fell through) but I’d never pose for anyone (but myself ;))

I’ve never allowed anyone to take what I’d consider compromising photos of myself. I never liked the idea of blackmail material existing. I do have a few pictures of others that I’m sure they’d like me to burn though. :hehe:

I still have a pic of me at 17 with my blouse open and breasts bare in my boyfriend’s backyard, many moons ago. I gave it to Dan when we moved in together and he still has it.
He’s also taken many pictures of me, in all kinds of states of dress or undress and sexual ones too.
But they are ours and we do not share them. They are private and something we look at together sometimes.

Yeah, I’d do nekked in black and white for the dh only. As far as the stretch marks, he helped put them there. Funny, I like my mature body more than my pre kid/hottie body. It has character, is womanly and enrobes so much. It’s given people pleasure and fed my children. It’s a beautiful thing. I think for a pict it’s all in the pose, and what parts.

We’ve done it for three years now, and it’s added a real extra dimension to our love life, especially after we began sharing them on the net and hearing from people. Mrs 26 would tell you that she was one of the wallflowers as a teenager, and to find herself desired by so many at 40+ has been good for both the ego and the libido. And I have to admit, being married to a woman so desired is also a turn on.
Judging from the people we hear from (20-30 a day), and the numbers of people who send me pictures to retouch 10-15 a week), there are a lot of people out there with their new digital cameras doing this. Most would fall under the category of snapshots or raw (hard core). And there is a difference between those and erotica – that photo that is somehow both beautiful, arousing and suggestive enough to inspire the imagination. Your writing shows you understand the difference.
I love doing this. I love taking the pictures of Mrs 26, and I love working with other’s pictures. A woman is simply the most devine creation of God, in my book, and there are so many women who are so beautiful and so sexy and don’t understand that they are all that. Helping take or make photographs of a woman so that it captures that beauty, that erotic sense, is like magic – and seeing the joy when they see themselves is all the reward this man needs.

You’re very right about the boring ‘meathead’ nature of most male photos. I’d like to see some that were a little more..sensual.
As for posing for photos…my husband is a photographer so we had a lot of fun pre-baby. He also took some pictures of me nine months pregnant in the bathtub. They’re not sexy at all, but worth the trouble for pure hilarity. I look so cranky and uncomfortable, lol! If we had time, I’d still get nekkid for him now. Stretch marks are like battle scars, I’m proud of them in a sick sort of way.
Hubby who was my then boyfriend took pics of me half naked, he destroyed them, I had some of him too. I tried to take one of myself just for fun but didn’t like the way it turned out, I have one of my naked back, I use when a guy asks for naked pics in a chat… I have one dick pic that I think is very erotic, but I can’t share just incase his wife reads this.

DH has a couple of pics he took of me on our honeymoon-in my bathing suit, and he knows that if he EVER shows anyone, it is immediate grounds for justifiable homicide.
