Uhmm and ignore the fact that I put 2009, not 2008 in the date. LOl I mentioned that my eyes don’t open for a couple of hours after I wake up..right?

    Sasha –
    I’m so proud of you and your choice – I’m still working at it too.
    If you want to show off that hot new body on the beach in April at RT, let me know I’m only an hour away from Orlando and 10 mins from one of the “best beaches” in clearwater.
    Great snack thats a slow digest, keeps you fuller longer and makes you feel like you’re cheating – no fat cottage cheese fresh peach, apple or bananna and add a little plain granola.

    Sasha, I’m like you in taking a while for my eyes to really open after waking up. As for choices, they are always very important when it comes to food. I like Laurie’s suggestion about no fat cottage cheese and fruit – it’s one of my favorite snacks.

  3. I like cottage cheese and fruit too! I’ve never added granola though. But I like that as a snack/small meal when I’m at home. It’s not something I’ll take to work or carry anywhere with me though.

    Another snak at home when I’m craving hocolate is Fat free Chocolate pudding cups, and a banana. πŸ˜† The chocolate settles the craving and the banana helps fill me up.

    Just remember fruit is high in sugar, natural as it may be it’s still sugar. The protein will off set the hunger as it takes your body longer to process protein (cottage cheese)
