I find it funny that I look forward to Fridays not because it’s almost the weekend and my work week is almost done, but because it’s just the opposite for me.
Just over a month ago I changed my night job to a day job. I still work in a bar, but I now work days shift instead of night shift. I did this because the days shifts are set Mon-thurs,and that leaves me a three day weekend every week. It’s less money in tips, but I did it because that three day weekend each week is my working time. TIme to work on my career,not just my job.
My career has turned out to be more than just writing. I’m also doing more photography, and cover art for some kindle releases as well. I love the variety of creative things, and I think this is one of the reasons I’m excited about writing more too. Since the cover art is connected , in a way, with my writing, I’m going to be sharing some of it with you.
The first cover I did for someone was for Delilah Devlin’s straight to Kindle Release Pleasing Sir.
